He told the Standard: “Because we brought Jorginho off.

“We only had three changes.”

The Chelsea No. 9 has started just one of the past nine Premier League games.

And he’s only scored 12 goals in all competitions this season.

Lukaku has also confessed he was “not happy” with his situation at Chelsea, with boss Tuchel choosing “to play with another system.”

He insisted he “will return to Inter” at some point in his career, which could be sooner rather than later.

If Sunday’s performance is any indication, Lukaku will not be included in Tuchel’s team.

The five-substitute rule will be implemented in England’s top flight next season.
