Koscielny, along with teammates Paul Baysse and Mehdi Zerkane, has been dropped from the first-team group, according to RMC Sport.

Bordeaux is keen to part ways with Koscielny.

The club has won six Ligue 1 titles, the last in 2009

This season, however, things have been going horribly wrong.

The team under Vladimir Petkovic is at grave risk of relegation.

They also have the league’s poorest defensive record, having conceded 44 goals.

Josh Maja, Samuel Kalu, and Otavio, according to L’Equipe, are also in danger of being cut.

This season, Koscielny has been plagued by injuries, appearing in only 11 of his team’s 20 league games.

However, because of his poor form, he was benched for last week’s 1-0 loss to Marseille.

Since leaving Arsenal for Bordeaux, the defender has registered 65 appearances, impugning his status among Arsenal fans in the course.

In 2019, Koscielny declined to join Unai Emery on the North Londoners’ pre-season trip.

After nine years at the Emirates, the former France international was looking for a new challenge.

With his Bordeaux announcement video, he infuriated supporters even more.

In the video, Koscielny boldly removes his Arsenal jersey to display a Bordeaux top underneath.
