Chelsea’s third uniform for the 2023–24 campaign has been unveiled according to reports,  infuriating Blues supporters.

At the weekend, Graham Potter’s team suffered their second straight Premier League loss as they were defeated 1-0 by London rivals Arsenal.

However, there are other factors at play that are infuriating Chelsea fans as well.

According to Footy Headlines, the third kit for the upcoming season has finally been revealed, and mint green has been picked as the colour.

Although the badge’s colour has not yet been determined, it is anticipated to be either white or dark navy.

The striking design is inspired by Chelsea’s kits from the 1980s.

The club created a mint green pattern for their own shirts in 1986.

Umbro created a comparable jersey for the following two seasons, using the same colour,but the 2023–24 campaign’s choice of kits has angered fans, who have vented their ire on social media.

One said: “Whoever designed this should be sacked immediately. And whoever that goes ahead to approve this for Chelsea should get their eyes removed now cause it’s obviously useless.”

Another added: “What is this detergent soap colour!?!?”

A third said: “Nike trying every possible way to make us a mid-table club.”

While a fourth jokingly added: “The green colour symbolises the European competition we’ll play next season. Viva Conference League ???.”

Fans won’t be able to buy the kit until September 2023, according to expectations.
